1. What TipsBet is
TipsBet is a data-driven sports analysis platform - statistics, odds compared across bookmakers, and probability estimates. TipsBet is not a bookmaker, does not accept or process bets, and does not intermediate placing a bet in any way. Any bet placed based on our analysis is made directly with the betting operator you choose, in your own name.
2. No guarantee of winnings
The analysis and estimates shown are informational and based on historical data and statistics - they do not constitute financial advice and do not guarantee any outcome. Sports betting carries a real risk of losing the money wagered. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions.
3. Minimum age
The service is available exclusively to people who have reached the legal age for sports betting in their country of residence (minimum 18 years). By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Access to the analysis is through a monthly subscription, paid in advance. Payment is processed through an external provider (AmeriaBank V-POS) - we never store or see your full card details. The subscription covers a 30-day period from payment confirmation and does not renew automatically - when it expires you'll get a new payment link if you want to continue.
5. Refunds
Since access to the analysis is activated immediately after payment confirmation, amounts paid are non-refundable, except in cases where a payment was duplicated due to a technical error or access was not actually granted after a bank-confirmed payment - in these cases, write to us at the address on the Contact page.
6. Ending your account
You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply not paying for the next period. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of abusive use (large-scale account sharing, attempts to defraud the payment platform, etc.).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, through the contact address below.
